How Healco handles your information.

Who is responsible?
Healco Ltd is responsible for the personal information it receives through website enquiries. Questions can be sent to adam.healy@dojo.tech or raised by calling 061 785 686.
Information you choose to provide
The callback form collects your business name, contact name, phone number and an optional preferred time. We use these details to arrange and follow up your requested call. The full enquiry form also collects your email address, county and the service you are enquiring about, with an optional merchant statement upload. Direct email and telephone options are also available. Email links open your email app; you must send the message from that app.
Referrals and partner introductions
Our introduction forms also collect the introducer’s name, email and business, the merchant’s contact details, and any supplied EPOS requirements, timing or context. Introducers must confirm that the merchant has agreed to the introduction and contact from Healco. We use these details to manage the introduction, coordinate the requested review and administer any agreed referral reward. Referrer details are included in the enquiry record in HubSpot and in a private tracker accessible to authorised Healco users. We do not publish merchant or referrer details.
How the information is used
Healco uses enquiry information to respond, discuss suitable payment services or business funding, prepare comparisons and support an application you ask us to begin. The usual legal bases are taking steps at your request before entering an agreement and Healco’s legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
Who may receive it?
Website enquiries are saved in the website’s secure hosting storage and delivered to HubSpot, where Healco manages contacts, statements and follow-up tasks. Callback requests are saved as call tasks containing the details you provide. Statements are uploaded as private files. Your email provider and Healco’s email service process messages you send by email. Where necessary to progress an enquiry, information may later be shared with Dojo for payment services or with YouLend for business-funding applications. Information is not submitted to either provider until the relevant process is discussed with you.
Retention and security
Enquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the business relationship and meet legal or record-keeping requirements. Please do not send full card numbers, passwords or other authentication details by email.
The website keeps a recovery copy of enquiry details for up to 90 days of active access. Temporary statement copies are removed after verified delivery to HubSpot; undelivered copies become inaccessible after 90 days and are removed during subsequent maintenance. HubSpot statement uploads are configured for automatic deletion after 90 days. Contact and follow-up records follow the retention purposes above. Links for statements uploaded through the former form expire after 90 days and should be treated as confidential.
Referral and partner tracking records are kept separately from the 90-day enquiry recovery copy, while needed to manage the introduction, follow-up and reward record. Healco reviews these records and removes or anonymises information when it is no longer needed, subject to applicable record-keeping requirements.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or an objection concerning your personal information. Contact Healco using the details above. You may also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
Cookies and measurement
This website does not currently use advertising pixels or optional analytics cookies. Basic technical processing may still be required to deliver and secure the website. If optional analytics or advertising technology is introduced, this notice and the site’s consent controls will be updated before that tracking is activated.
Enquiry-source measurement
The email link uses the subject “Healco website enquiry” to help identify enquiries from the website. Online enquiries are identified as website enquiries in HubSpot. The page where you enquire, an applicable business-sector label and simple campaign labels in the page address may be included with your enquiry to help us understand its source. These labels may be carried between public pages in website links; this does not use cookies or browser storage. We do not capture arbitrary address parameters or browsing history.
